Muerte digna

Aunque mis asesinos no quieran
tendré una muerte digna
porque antes me habré dado permiso de morir
y cuando me impongan su crueldad
reiré para mis adentros
pues sin saberlo ellos
estarán cumpliendo mi deseo.

Honorable death

Although my murderers don’t want it
I will have an honorable death
because I will have already granted me permission to die
and when they impose all their cruelty upon me
I’ll be laughing inside
because without knowing it
they will be fulfilling my wish.
